All sales are final after the order has been delivered or picked up. If an order is delivered, we are not responsible for any damage that occurred after the delivery. If the order is a pick-up, we are not liable for any damages after the pick-up. Please note that extreme temperature changes can alter the Balloons in any of the orders.
After an order is placed with us, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Once production has started, we cannot make changes.
We do require payment in full at the time of placing the order(s); events are not confirmed until payment has been received. Payments are non-refundable, only transferrable to future orders, and will be subject to the current pricing. If a client is needing to reschedule the delivery/event date, we can apply store credit to future orders providing that notice is given at least 5 days prior to the event. If the client is canceling or rescheduling an event within 5 days from the event, there will be no cancellations or credits issued and payments will be forfeited.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children. Properly dispose broken balloons at once.
Some of the orders may contain natural latex rubber, which may cause allergic reactions.
Always dispose of balloons properly. Do not release balloons into the air.
