Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Coco Balloons, the client (individual or corporate) acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. Events, services, and installations are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

All payments are non-refundable. Payments may only be transferred to future orders and will be subject to current pricing at the time of rebooking.

If a client needs to reschedule the delivery or event date, store credit may be applied to a future order only if notice is provided at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled event date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within five (5) days of the event will not be eligible for cancellation, credit, or refund, and all payments will be forfeited.

Once an order has been placed, changes are not guaranteed. After production has begun, no changes can be made to the order, including but not limited to design, colors, quantities, materials, delivery details, or installation scope.

All sales are final once the order has been delivered, installed, or picked up.

• For delivered or installed orders, Coco Balloons is not responsible for damage or alterations that occur after delivery or installation.
   
• For pick-up orders, Coco Balloons is not liable for any damage once the order has been picked up by the client or the client’s representative.
   

Balloons and decorative installations are affected by environmental conditions. Extreme temperatures, humidity, wind, sunlight exposure, and indoor climate changes may impact appearance, durability, or lifespan. Coco Balloons is not responsible for deterioration caused by environmental or venue conditions beyond our control.

Any equipment, furniture, props, structures, lighting, or decorative items provided by Coco Balloons on a rental basis remain the sole property of Coco Balloons at all times.

Certain rental items may require a security deposit, which will be clearly stated on the product listing or invoice when applicable. The security deposit does not limit or replace the client’s responsibility for the rented items.

The client assumes full responsibility for all rented items from the moment of delivery or installation until they are collected by Coco Balloons. In the event that any rented item is lost, stolen, damaged, broken, or rendered unusable, including damage caused by guests, employees, contractors, children, pets, weather conditions, or improper handling, the client agrees to pay the full replacement cost of the item.

If a security deposit was collected, it may be applied partially or fully toward the replacement cost. If the replacement cost exceeds the deposit amount, the client agrees to pay the remaining balance. Coco Balloons will issue an invoice for the current market replacement value, including applicable taxes and any associated sourcing, repair, or replacement fees. Payment is due upon receipt.

Coco Balloons exercises reasonable care in the design, preparation, delivery, and installation of its products and rental items.

Once an order has been delivered, installed, or picked up, the ongoing supervision, care, and use of the balloons, décor, and any rental items become the responsibility of the client. This applies to individual clients as well as corporate, commercial, or institutional clients, including their employees, contractors, vendors, guests, and any third parties acting on their behalf.

Coco Balloons shall not be responsible for damage, deterioration, or incidents resulting from lack of supervision, improper handling, misuse, relocation, modification, or interaction with the décor or rental items by the client, its personnel, or third parties after delivery or installation.

This provision does not exclude responsibility where legally applicable; however, the client acknowledges that balloon installations, structures, and decorative elements are delicate by nature and may become unsafe if moved, altered, or handled without proper supervision.

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD
Children under eight (8) years old may choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required at all times. Keep uninflated balloons away from children and dispose of broken balloons immediately.

Some products may contain natural latex rubber, which may cause allergic reactions.

Balloons must be disposed of properly. Do not release balloons into the air, as this may cause environmental harm.

Coco Balloons shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, venue restrictions, government actions, power outages, or emergencies.
