We deliver throughout most of the Dallas Metroplex region. Our morning route delivers bouquets from 09:00 a.m. Same-day and non-standard delivery times are by request only and are subject to availability and additional charges will apply. We can deliver to most places within the Dallas Metroplex area, but some locations do have restrictions or prohibitions balloons to be delivered. Check first to ensure that we can deliver to your chosen location. We cannot be responsible for a recipient’s inability to receive deliveries and will charge the full delivery fee for such unexpected deliveries. Here are some guidelines that may help.
At Coco Balloons, we use the top names in balloon suppliers to keep your balloon bouquet or decoration looking beautiful for as long as possible. You can expect foil and plastic balloons to float for up to one week. Our latex balloons will last longer than conventional balloons from the grocery or party store. We can also treat balloons larger than 9 inches with Hi-Float to keep them afloat longer. This specially designed sealant will keep balloons afloat two times longer than untreated balloons. Our balloon decor will last for the length of your celebration and in most situations longer than you can imagine.
However, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup. As long as balloons are installed indoors or in a covered area outside (out of extreme weather/temperature conditions) they will stay in great condition for days even weeks later until they are popped.
Please keep in mind that under proper conditions garlands will last several days even up to weeks. Anything helium-filled can only be guaranteed for up to 24 hours so we always recommend anything with helium be delivered on the day of your event/celebration.
We ask for mid-full sized SUVS with all middle seats down and no car seats, please. No pick up trucks.

Yes! Delivery times are scheduled based on your event start time and venue availability. If your installation is being installed indoors, we may install the day before.

We have a minimum $35 delivery fee regardless of distance. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from our HQ (2661 Frances Ln, Little Elm, Tx 75068)
The time it takes to install our balloon décor varies and is based on the scale of the design. All of our inflating is done ahead of time so that we try to keep it to under an hour whenever possible.
We only work with the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons on the market. Our natural rubber latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. We also advocate smart balloon practices; keep balloons secure and weighted, do not release in the air, and properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated.
Our custom creations are time consuming to design and execute, so the sooner you can book, the better! We strongly recommend booking decorations at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment when we are already booked or don't have the materials your vision requires. For arrangements with balloons such as Bouquet 3 days before or the same day according to immediate availability.
We accept payment via debit or credit card on our invoicing system or pay pal.
We can also quote you a price for the removal of the decor when your event is over. Most balloon pieces are designed based on client removal.
If you are unsure of where you want the balloon decoration in the space you have or are looking for a professional opinion of what kind of balloons best fit the space; You can book an appointment with our Balloon artist. She will go to your event space, take measurements, inform you of the best option, and give you an estimate of what it will cost. This person appoints a $50 deposit that is non-refundable. If you decide to use our services those $50 will be discounted from your total order.
